Ohio Roll Grinding, Inc. has four machines capable of diameters ranging from 1” up to 28” and overall length up to 174”. We can accommodate grind finishes as low as 0-micro mirror finish up to 150 micro.
Crowning and concave available awhile holding TIR and profile tolerances within .0001”. Rolls can be sand or shot blasted to any micro desired. EDT also available. General machining including lathe turning, journal work, and fabricating new rolls. We also provide superfinishing as well.
